Caught these two gentlemen, out on a chilly Washington day, fishing just to fish. They said they hadn’t caught anything yet, but they didn’t care as they were enjoying each others company. In the back ground is the iconic 11th Street Bridge. The Thea Foss Waterway is an example of what a community can do to take an old industrial mess and make it something safe and beautiful for the citizens to enjoy.
