Close up print of the little red boat house was built in 1910 and has long been a visual locator when you are boating on Commencement Bay. The boat house sat on Browns Point Beach along the west side of Lighthouse Park. After I started painting this studio landscape, the owners of the property had the little historic building removed and sold! So I painted this just in time!
